"Upheaval" an exhibition about youth culture.
Learn about youth culture in three different eras: the 50s, the 80s and the present day. A variety of themes are presented in relation to clothing, fashion, music and literature. Eavesdrop on a phone call in a call box from the 80s. Sit in a 50s sofa and listen to Radio Luxembourg or sing a song from Singstar in a kids room of the time. Take part in an active exhibition. The exhibition provides an impression of how 15 year olds from three generations have experienced their youth.
Location: the municipal centre of Straumen, on Highway E6, approx. 10 km north of Fauske.
